2015

Hall of Fame baseball manager Joe Torre gives the keynote address at TicketNetwork’s annual Ticket Summit conference.

TicketNetwork honored with a Glassdoor Employees' Choice Award, recognizing the Best Places to Work in 2015, in the Small and Medium-sized businesses category.

2014

In order to reduce the risk of fraud for brokers, TicketNetwork releases its new fraud prevention solution.

TicketNetwork welcomes Shark Tank’s Daymond John and baseball legend Pete Rose to its annual Ticket Summit conference.

For the sixth year in a row, TicketNetwork ranks on the Marcum Tech Top 40 list of the 40 fastest-growing technology companies in Connecticut.

2013

TicketNetwork is listed on the Inc. 5000 List of America’s Fastest Growing Companies for the sixth year in a row.

TicketNetwork begins using some of its 50 acres of land in South Windsor, CT as a working farm. Fruits and vegetables from the farm are used regularly in TicketNetwork’s on-site cafeteria.

2012

TicketNetwork is recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Connecticut by the Hartford Business Journal.

The company’s retail website, TicketNetwork.com, sells its one millionth ticket.

TicketNetwork is ranked on Deloitte’s 2012 Technology Fast 500, which recognizes the 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, and clean technology companies in North America.

2011

TicketNetwork® Private Label reaches $1 billion in lifetime sales.

TicketNetwork moves into its new headquarters at 75 Gerber Road East in South Windsor, having long outgrown is previous location at 137 Bolton Road, Vernon, CT.

2009

TicketNetwork celebrates $1 billion in TicketNetwork® Direct sales.

TicketNetwork begins its TicketNetwork University program, in which employees are encouraged to share their knowledge through in-house training programs.

Don Vaccaro is named the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the Metro New York Area.

TicketNetwork is awarded the WebAward for Outstanding Achievement in Web Development

2008

TicketNetwork launches Mercury, a proprietary real-time transaction engine used to facilitate broker-to-broker sales.

TicketNetwork is ranked on the Connecticut Technology Council (CTC) Tech Top 40.

2007

TicketNetwork launches its primary retail website, TicketNetwork.com.

2006

TicketNetwork reaches 1 million ticket orders fulfilled and 2,000 brokers using its Point-of-Sale software.

TicketNetwork moves into a larger office building located at 137 Bolton Road, Vernon, CT.

TicketNetwork launches its annual conference and trade show, Ticket Summit.

2005

TicketNetwork launches its Partner Program (now TicketNetwork® Private Label).

2004

TicketNetwork reaches a thousand brokers using its Point-of-Sale software.

2003

TicketNetwork launches its Point-of-Sale v1.0, and its TicketBoard and TicketBoard Pro software.

TicketNetwork processes its first order on July 7th, 2003.

2002

TicketNetwork is founded in February 2002 by President and CEO Don Vaccaro and CTO and Co-founder Doug Kruse.
