Career-Starting Program - Executive Support Specialist

TicketNetwork is looking for college graduates to work in our career-starting rotation program. The Executive Support Specialist will gain office experience by taking projects from various departments and receive trainings from all areas. Most Executive Support Specialists will be transferred to other departments permanently after their self-exploration of finding the path they can excel in. Job duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• General office support
• Customer service training and coverage
• Attend meetings and take notes
• Work on projects assigned to the team

Call Center - Customer Service Representatives

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist customers with telephone orders
• Troubleshoot problems with existing orders
• Answer general inquiries via telephone
• Help with business processes where applicable

Facility - Diesel Auto Mechanic

TicketNetwork is looking for a part-time Diesel Auto Mechanic. Candidates must have the following qualifications

• Have experience with heavy trucks and equipments including bobcats and backhoe
• Have experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, inspecting and repairing diesel engines

Marketing - Graphic Designer

TicketNetwork is currently looking for a Graphic Designer in our Marketing Department. The Graphic Designer will work closely with our Marketing Manager and Project Managers on print designs, web designs, venue map designs, web content and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should include the following qualifications:

• Have strong attention to details
• Be comfortable working with tight deadlines
• Have combination experience with HTML, Css, PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and auto CAD.

Legal - Legal Assistant

TicketNetwork is looking for a Legal Assistant to conduct research, complete compliance reports and filings and to work on federal, state and local government issues and projects. Candidates should be efficient, effective and have a basic understanding of government operations, the legal system and a strong interest in government or the law. Candidates should also have a strong interest in working in the live entertainment field; including, concerts, theater and sporting events. Required skills are as follows

• Have a basic understanding and knowledge of research procedures on various topics, including the law, court cases, government regulations and government operations.
• Be a self-starter, eager to achieve and willing to work in a very fast-paced environment and be able to exercise practical and sound judgment with little or no supervision
• Possess a strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of programs. Basic understanding of HTML and other simple programming techniques is helpful but not required
• Candidates with volunteer or paid experience in political campaigns or government advocacy are strongly encouraged to apply
• Candidates will be responsible for authoring, reviewing and handling various correspondences for office and other clerical duties.
