TicketNetwork is looking for a Spanish Training Specialist who will be responsible for designing and teaching a Spanish class for TicketNetwork employees who are fluent or advanced Spanish speakers. The goals of the class are to improve the Spanish speaking skills of TicketNetwork call center representatives who take incoming calls from Spanish-speaking customers worldwide and to also improve the Spanish writing skills of employees so that they will be prepared to advance to other positions in the company that are writing-intensive. The Spanish Training Specialist will also be responsible for assessing the Spanish proficiency of current employees, providing one-on-one coaching, and designing tests to give candidates during their interview.

- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is required with a Master's preferred
- Expertise in a wide variety of testing paradigms and strategies required
- In-depth knowledge of .NET/Web development technologies required
- Experience in Agile/continuous integration required
- In-depth knowledge in the area of web- and desktop-based software quality assurance best practice, with at least 10 years of experience, and at least 5 years in a managerial capacity required
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to cooperate and find consensus with other strong personalities required
- Ability to challenge the way the business is being run, add vigor and discipline to the controls and processes required
- Proven track record in selection, implementation and adoption of quality assurance best practices and tools required
- Success as a change agent required
- Excellent communication skills required
- Proven ability to recruit and retain QA staff preferred
- Experience writing software preferred
