Don Vaccaro, is founder and President of TicketNetwork, Inc., and is responsible for guiding the tactical direction of the company, developing strategic alliances and providing leadership of the company's business development initiatives. Under his direction, TicketNework was named the second fastest growing software company in the United States by the Deloitte Fast 50 and the fastest growing software company in Connecticut by the Connecticut Technology Council. TicketNetwork ranked 27th on the 2008 Inc 5000 list. Don Vaccaro was awarded the prestigious Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2009.

A foremost ticket industry expert, Vaccaro has more than 30 years experience in the secondary market, including 20 years in industry-related software development. In addition to heading TicketNetwork, he also serves as President and CEO of Metro Entertainment, LLC and its affiliate Ticketsplus.com .Prior to founding Metro Entertainment, Vaccaro was President and founder of TicketWorld of Springfield, Massachusetts from 1983 to 1988.

Don Vaccaro is a founding member of the Connecticut Ticket Association where he served as its President from 1989 to 1995. In addition, he established the Massachusetts Ticket Brokers Association and served as its first President. Vaccaro has been a featured guest on CNN-TV, Fox Business TV, and is often quoted in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, USA Today, Billboard Magazine and numerous regional and local media outlets.
