TicketNetwork - the smart choice for tickets!
Of all the places you could go, why buy from TicketNetwork?
Here are the Seven Smart reasons why!
We charge less
TicketNetwork’s prices are 10-15% lower than our competitors! Why? Because unlike the other guys, we don’t pass on the bulk of the operations cost to our customers. We want the customer to save! In order to do this, we defray costs through our uploading system. To list tickets on the TicketNetwork exchange, ticket resellers need to pay a certain number of fees to use our software and upload their inventory. The fees collected from the resellers help offset the cost of operations. This way, we minimize the cost passed onto the consumer, and… bingo! You save money! Now, that’s smart.
We give you more
TicketNetwork has more than $1B in ticket inventory - that’s about seven million tickets to more than 80,000 events around the country! With a wide selection of event tickets to choose from, you know you can rely on TicketNetwork as your one-stop shop for the tickets you want, at the price you want! Now, that is smart shopping sense.
We run in REAL TIME
I’m sure you’ve run into this before with other sites: you have your eyes set on the product you want; you click “buy”; and then you find out the product you want is no longer available! Have no fear - at TicketNetwork our inventory is updated in real time. This means that the TicketNetwork exchange is instantaneously updated, so you can always rely on viewing an accurate ticketing listing every time you visit our site. This assures that the moment you click “buy”, those tickets are set aside just for you! This protects you by helping you get the tickets you want, and it protects other customers by avoiding multiple purchasers going after the same set of tickets. We know how important it is for you to have the tickets you want to your favorite event. And with real-time technology, we make that happen. Now isn’t that another smart reason to shop with us?
We are secure
TicketNetwork understands how important and sensitive your customer information is, and we aim to protect that. Our website is EVSSL-certified, which provides customers with an added level of security at the check-out. The reason an EVSSL certification is important is because there are added website data protection requirements, and the certification process involves more intensive security testing than for the standard certification. When you shop with TicketNetwork, you can rely on the fact that your customer information is safe and secure with the highest level of data protection available. Now isn’t that the smart way to go?
Furthermore (wait, there’s more?), TicketNetwork is also PCI- (Payment Card Industry) and PA- (Payment Application) Data Security Standard compliant. PCI standards require that vendors demonstrate that the website infrastructure of the check-out provides thorough security free from data breaches. PA standards require that the software application used to process transactions is also a safe and secure platform through which to process payment information. On both fronts, PCI and PA, TicketNetwork is fully compliant, providing customers with a powerful and secure web and purchase experience from start to finish.
We guarantee your purchase
Event tickets listed by our trusted ticket sellers on the TicketNetwork exchange are backed by the TicketNetwork 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. TicketNetwork guarantees that your tickets will always:
- Arrive in time for the event;
- Be the exact tickets you ordered or better seats than you paid for;
- Be real, legitimate tickets valid for entry;
- Be completely refunded if the event is cancelled.
Isn’t it smart to shop with us knowing you’ll have a 100% guarantee?
We are GREEN
TicketNetwork is not just the leader in ticketing and software technology, we are also a leading force in supporting “green” efforts to protect our environment. Some of our “green” efforts include:
Solar Panels In 2007, TicketNetwork launched the installation of solar panels as part of its GREEN steps towards an eco-friendly infrastructure. The 172 solar panels on the headquarters’ south-facing rooftops create approximately 30kW of power during peak times of the day, which over the course of the year amounts to enough energy to power four small homes. The solar panels account for 10% of the company’s energy consumption, relieving the environment of approximately 821,272 pounds of carbon dioxide, 2,492 of sulfur dioxide, and 1,517 of nitrous oxide.
Non-disposable kitchen dishware In an effort to further decrease waste generated from disposable goods, TicketNetwork eliminated the use of paper and plastic dishware in the cafeteria. These were replaced with ceramic dishware and sterling silver cutlery. For beverages, a limited number of ceramic and (non-disposable) cups are available; employees are encouraged to bring their own mug to work.
Recycling and Paper Usage As part of the nationwide efforts to promote the use of recycled goods, TicketNetwork engages in an active recycling effort of both its paper and plastic goods. In addition, TicketNetwork has instituted additional company policies to minimize paper waste, such as switching payroll receipts to be strictly electronic, as well as encouraging the use of color print for jobs for direct mail only.
“Green” is definitely the smart way to go, and TicketNetwork is at the forefront!
We give back
In every way, the TicketNetwork team strides to think “outside the box” and generate projects that also help build community in unique ways. From eco-friendly initiatives to community charity, TicketNetwork also applies innovation through corporate social responsibility. Below are examples of Corporate Giving projects through which TicketNetwork enhances the community at large:
- China Red Cross fund-raising for 2008 earthquake victims;
- Wine Auction donations for scholarships at Manchester Community College;
- Holiday food and toy drive for Tolland County food kitchen;
