TicketNetwork offers two medical plan options as well as two dental plan options. A vision plan is also offered, with the option of adding a spouse and/or family members. TicketNetwork offers a Safe Harbor 401(k) plan with employer matching on up to 5% of employee contributions. Employees may select from twenty-five funds and have free licensed financial advisor access.

TicketNetwork grants generous accrued PTO based on years of service. PTO begins accruing on day one, increases with length of service, and can be rolled over.

Employees accrue sick time at a rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked per week, up to a maximum of 40 hours per calendar year.

Employees get up to 2 paid mental health days per calendar year to focus on their well being.

TicketNetwork offers 100% employer-paid basic life and AD&D coverage. Supplemental and dependent life and AD&D coverage is available.

TicketNetwork offers 100% employer-paid long-term disability insurance. The benefit covers 50% of employees' monthly salary.

Employees may be eligible to contribute up to $2,850 pre-tax dollars for health spending and up to $5,000 pre-tax dollars for dependent care.

Employees may be eligible to contribute up to $3,300 pre-tax dollars for health spending and up to $6,550 pre-tax dollars for dependent care.

TicketNetwork offers 4 weeks of paid maternity leave and 1 week of paid paternity leave.

The TicketNetwork Staff-Caff provides free meals, which includes breakfast, hot lunches and dinners, beverages, and a variety of snacks to all employees. We work hard to provide healthy options, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free selections, as well as a fresh sushi bar!
