About Us
Since its inception more than 20 years ago, TicketNetwork has been an innovator and leader in the ticketing industry.
Our History
TicketNetwork originated in 1996, marking the start of its presence in the ticketing space. In 2002, longtime ticket broker Don Vaccaro and co-founder Doug Kruse launched TicketNetwork.com, which has since become a key force in the growth of the multi-billion-dollar ticket resale space, developing technological innovation along the way.
Alongside its growth as a company TicketNetwork has also sought to bring a unique corporate culture for its valued workers – from a full-service onsite cafeteria to a green initiative that includes hiking trails on our company HQ campus, carbon-offsetting tree farm, and rooftop solar array that provides most of the power used by the company’s main building in Connecticut.
